Iran is prepared for the possibility that the US could use its most powerful non-nuclear bomb, Iranian Defense Minister Mehrdad Akhlaqi has said, stressing that Tehran has already taken the necessary measures to address the potential threat.

“We have thought through the necessary measures regarding this issue and are calm. We are confidently carrying out our work,” the minister said, according to ILNA.

Akhlaqi also warned Washington to carefully consider the consequences of such a decision, including the potential casualties among US military personnel.
