Iran will not enter into further negotiations on a final agreement with the United States until several key provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) have been implemented, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.

According to Ghalibaf, Tehran will not begin negotiations on a final deal before the implementation of clauses 1, 4, 5, 10 and 11 of the MoU.

The provisions cited by the Iranian official include the cessation of hostilities in Lebanon, the removal of the US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, and the guarantee of safe passage for commercial vessels without charges for a period of 60 days.

The conditions also include waivers allowing the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products and their derivatives, as well as the release of frozen Iranian assets.
