The Pentagon is actively moving troops closer to Iran’s borders as it awaits US President Donald Trump’s approval to launch a new military operation.
“US Central Command [CENTCOM] is getting everything in order to resume major military operations,” an unnamed US official said, according to TASS.
The official claimed that Trump had already canceled planned operations against Iran and Yemen’s Houthi movement, Ansar Allah, seven times at the last minute.
The source also acknowledged that the US launched Operation Epic Fury against Iran without having all the necessary resources in place.
