Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov has officially ratified the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic approving the treaty among Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan on the junction point of their state borders.
The treaty was originally signed on March 31, 2025, in the city of Khujand, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
The law was adopted by Kyrgyzstan’s parliament, the Jogorku Kenesh, on June 25, 2025, completing the necessary domestic legal procedures in line with the country’s legislation governing international treaties and parliamentary regulations.
This ratification formally endorses the trilateral agreement that defines the precise meeting point of the three countries’ borders, marking a significant step toward strengthening regional cooperation and resolving border demarcation issues in Central Asia.
