Kyrgyzstan Ranks Among Top Russian Chocolate Buyers

Kyrgyzstan has entered the top ten list of major importers of Russian chocolate.

In 2025, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Uzbekistan led as the largest buyers, importing chocolate worth $192 million, $123 million, and over $68 million, respectively, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

Azerbaijan and Armenia ranked fourth and fifth with imports of $48 million and $28.5 million. Kyrgyzstan took sixth place, importing $26.1 million worth of chocolate, ahead of Georgia ($19.5 million) and China ($14.4 million). Moldova ($7.7 million) and Serbia ($6.8 million) completed the top ten list.

The figures highlight growing demand for Russian chocolate across Central Asia and beyond, with Kyrgyzstan now firmly among the region’s key importers.
