The next Eurasian Economic Forum will be held in Kyrgyzstan in 2027 as part of the country’s chairmanship of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

President Sadyr Zhaparov announced this at a meeting with the heads of government of the EAEU member states, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kabar.

The head of state emphasized the importance of further developing cooperation within the EAEU and proposed expanding participation in the forum to include partner countries and international organizations.

The meeting took place as part of the regular session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which is being held in Cholpon-Ata in the Issyk-Kul region with the participation of the heads of government of the EAEU member states.
