Kyrgyzstan U-23 Clinch Second Place at Bishkek Football Tournament

Kyrgyzstan's U-23 national football team has finished in second place at an international tournament held in Bishkek.

Syria’s team emerged as the tournament winner with seven points, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kyrgyz media.

Both Kyrgyzstan and Oman ended the competition with four points each, but Kyrgyzstan secured the runner-up position thanks to a better goal difference.

During the tournament, the Kyrgyz squad was narrowly defeated by Syria, played to a draw with Oman, and earned a victory against Bahrain.
