During a telephone conversation on Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed all aspects related to Armenia’s membership in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), including the statement issued by the leaders of four member states, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, The Caspian Post reports, citing TASS.

Asked whether the statement by the four leaders had been part of the discussion, Peskov replied that it had been addressed within the broader context of the talks.

He noted that the conversation continued discussions that had previously taken place as part of the agenda of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Commission meeting in Astana.
