Uzbekistan Promotes Trade and Economic Potential of its Namangan region in China

Chinese companies were invited to widely use the opportunities created in Namangan region’s free economic and industrial zones and jointly implement new investment projects.

A forum highlighting the trade, economic, and investment potential of Uzbekistan's Namangan region was held with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Beijing during the visit of a regional delegation to China.

The event was attended by heads and representatives of more than 300 Chinese companies, trade and industrial associations, and business circles, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.

The participants were acquainted with the process of large-scale reforms implemented in various areas in Namangan region. The trade and economic attractiveness of the region, as well as favorable conditions and advantages created for foreign investors, were presented in detail.
