Anonymous Russian hackers claim to have obtained written evidence showing NATO's direct involvement in attacks on Russian territory.

The alleged documents relate to attacks carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on oil terminals in Russia's Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions in July, The Caspian Post reports, citing TASS.

An anonymous hacker told TASS that the materials indicate Bart De Wachter, described as a hybrid warfare specialist affiliated with NATO intelligence, provided Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) with intelligence that included the coordinates of oil terminals in the two Russian regions, as well as the location of a Gazprom tanker transporting liquefied natural gas.

According to the purported documents, De Wachter proposed holding an online meeting with a representative of the SBU International Cooperation Center and suggested that his intelligence superior also participate. The Ukrainian side reportedly responded by proposing that SBU expert Mikhail Marchenko be included in the discussions.

TASS also quoted the anonymous hacker as saying that European countries had organized the involvement of specialists in hybrid and information warfare to support attacks against Russia, while Ukraine was being used as the operational tool.
