Russian attacks across Ukraine have killed at least three people and injured 27 others over the past 24 hours.
Russia launched an assault using an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 126 drones, including around 80 Shahed-type attack drones, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.
Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 117 drones, preventing further destruction across multiple regions.
Key incidents include:
Donetsk - At least two killed and six injured, regional governor Vadym Filashkin said.
Kharkiv - Three people wounded during strikes on a village near the Russian border, governor Oleh Syniehubov reported.
Sumy - A 32-year-old man killed and a 45-year-old injured in a drone attack.
Chernihiv - A 52-year-old man wounded when an FPV drone hit a civilian vehicle.
Dnipropetrovsk - Two injured, including a 59-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man; five districts struck with artillery, drones, guided bombs, and missiles.
Zaporizhzhia - Three civilians wounded during strikes on the city and nearby areas.
Kherson - Eleven civilians injured over the past day, governor Oleksandr Prokudin said.
Odesa - Drone attacks targeted port infrastructure overnight, causing no casualties.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, Russia has intensified the use of missiles and drones across Ukraine. While Ukrainian air defenses intercept a large portion of incoming attacks, civilian areas and infrastructure continue to face frequent damage.
