Russian Strikes Hit Odesa’s Energy, Railway Infrastructure

Russian forces have targeted energy and railway facilities in Ukraine's Odesa, injuring a signalman whose condition is stable.

A railway post was destroyed, and the Odesa-Reni highway suffered damage, temporarily halting traffic. Energy companies are working to restore power to critical infrastructure, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

Despite repeated attacks, transport and essential services continue, though emergency power cuts remain possible. Regional authorities noted the strikes severely complicate restoration efforts amid ongoing security threats.
