Turkish Military Cargo Plane Crashes in Georgia

A Turkish "C130" military cargo plane, which had departed from Azerbaijan en route to Türkiye, crashed near the Georgia-Azerbaijan border.

The Turkish Ministry of Defense released information on the matter, The Caspian Post reports citing local media.

“Search and rescue operations have begun in coordination with Georgian authorities,” the statement said.
