Tajikistan Showcases Tourism Potential at World Travel Market 2025 in London

Tajikistan has unveiled its national tourism stand at the World Travel Market 2025, held in London.

With the support of the Tajik Embassy in the UK, the exhibition highlighted the country’s diverse tourism opportunities, including nature-based, wellness, and mountain tourism, as well as its ancient culture and unique traditions, The Caspian Post reports via Tajik media.

The World Travel Market is one of the largest international tourism events, bringing together representatives from over 180 countries, 40,000 companies, and industry professionals. It provides a platform for promoting tourism services, exchanging expertise, and fostering business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) collaborations.

Leading Tajik tourism companies such as Shohtur, Bomi Jahan Tour, Rasul Tour, and the Center for Health Improvement and Tourism Development showcased the country’s potential and opportunities for international visitors.

During the exhibition, the Tourism Committee leadership held meetings with tourism companies and media representatives from various countries, discussing digitalization, AI integration, workforce training, and expanding international cooperation in the sector.

According to the Committee, participating in such events strengthens Tajikistan’s international image, enhances the competitiveness of its national tourism products, and attracts foreign investment to the industry.
