Belarusian Investigative Committee Chairman Dmitry Gora has met with a delegation from the Uzbek Interior Ministry, led by Ramazon Ashropov, to strengthen international cooperation and exchange best practices in criminal investigations.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a broad range of issues, including combating cybercrime and introducing modern investigative methods and technologies effectively used in both countries, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.
Gora emphasized that joint efforts and experience exchange help law enforcement agencies respond more effectively to emerging global challenges.
At the end of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, outlining plans for active information exchange, mutual assistance in criminal investigations, joint operational activities, and methodological support.
The agreement reaffirms both countries’ readiness for practical collaboration in the field of criminal justice - paving the way for stronger regional security and investigative capacity.
