Uzbekistan Airports has earned international recognition for its fight against corruption, successfully completing an independent audit of its anti-corruption management system by Slovakia’s CERT International.
The audit praised the company’s robust measures to prevent and combat corruption, and as a result, Uzbekistan Airports was awarded the ISO 37001:2016 certification, confirming full compliance with global anti-corruption standards, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
ISO 37001:2016 sets out international best practices for developing and operating anti-corruption systems, promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity within organizations. The certification ensures that employees adhere to strict legal requirements while maintaining honesty and ethical conduct in their duties.
This achievement strengthens confidence among government bodies, international partners, and the global aviation community, highlighting Uzbekistan Airports’ reliability and commitment to sustainable management of strategic aviation infrastructure in line with international standards.
