Latvia’s national airline, airBaltic, has featured an article titled “Welcome to Uzbekistan” in its in-flight magazine Baltic Outlook.
Baltic Outlook, one of Latvia’s most widely read travel publications, introduces passengers to the history, culture, traditions, and tourism opportunities of countries around the world, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
The magazine is distributed to travelers at Riga International Airport and on airBaltic flights to over 40 destinations across Europe and the Middle East, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, and the United Arab Emirates.
The article highlights Uzbekistan’s diverse tourism potential, including its rich historical and cultural heritage, traditional cuisine, and visitor-friendly infrastructure. Special attention is given to modern interactive features: QR codes provide passengers with quick access to digital tourist resources, including up-to-date information and video content.
Featuring Uzbekistan in Latvia’s national airline magazine helps promote the country internationally, enhancing its image as an open, safe, and attractive travel destination while raising awareness among European and Middle Eastern audiences.
