Uzbekistan is rapidly gaining popularity among Russian travelers, ranking as the second most sought-after destination for the upcoming May holidays.
Uzbekistan accounts for 13% of all international bookings made by Russian tourists - a strong indicator of growing interest in the country’s cultural and tourism appeal, The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.
Leading the rankings is Türkiye with 16%, while China takes third place with 11%, highlighting a competitive landscape among popular travel destinations.
