The Uzbek officials have held a meeting to prepare for the upcoming visit of the delegation led by Chair of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis (parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva to the Republic of Belarus, scheduled for September.
The discussions brought together senators and heads of relevant ministries and agencies, focusing on organizational matters and priority areas of cooperation, including mechanical engineering, agriculture, light industry, healthcare, education, and tourism, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.
As part of the visit, the third Uzbekistan-Belarus Women Entrepreneurs Business Forum will be held, featuring seven thematic sections where agreements on experience sharing are expected to be signed.
Additionally, a national exhibition “Made in Uzbekistan” will open in Vitebsk, showcasing the work of over 50 women entrepreneurs presenting products from food and pharmaceutical industries, light industry, tourism, handicrafts, and electronics.
