Armenia and India Drafting Agreement on International Road Transport

Armenia and India are in the process of drafting an agreement on international road transport.

In response to Sputnik Armenia, the relevant department explained that passenger and cargo transportation by road between Armenia and India is not regulated, which hinders the implementation of transport operations and the development of economic cooperation between the two countries, The Caspian Post reports citing News.am.

“The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia has drafted the agreement On international road communication between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Republic of India, which has been sent to the Indian side for coordination,” the aforesaid reported.
