Armenia will establish a committee to coordinate measures aimed at preventing the import and spread of plague from Russia’s Irkutsk region.

The decision was made by the Armenian prime minister, according to News Armenia.

Earlier, it was reported that information about a second plague case in the Irkutsk region was inaccurate, according to Russia’s Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).
