Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze have held a telephone conversation to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation between the two neighboring countries.

The two sides reviewed the agenda of Armenia-Georgia strategic relations, as well as ongoing cooperation across various areas, according to infoteka 24.

Pashinyan also raised the upcoming 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17), which is scheduled to take place in Armenia in October.

He invited Kobakhidze to Armenia to attend the Leaders’ Summit being held as part of COP17.

The Georgian prime minister accepted the invitation.
