Former Armenian Interior Minister Vahe Ghazaryan is reportedly being considered as a candidate to replace Suren Papikyan as the country’s defense minister.

Reports suggest that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has not yet dismissed Papikyan, reportedly because no suitable replacement has been finalized, according to hraparak.

Ghazaryan is said to be holding talks with Pashinyan over a possible appointment to the defense ministry.
