Pere Joan Pons Sampietro, SR on the South Caucasus Luis Graça & SG Roberto Montella today welcomed the signing of a Joint Declaration in Washington DC between Azerbaijan and Armenia, calling it a historic breakthrough toward lasting peace in the South Caucasus,” The Caspian Post reports via the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s message on X.
