Azerbaijan and U.S. Discuss Opportunities for Economic Cooperation

Elnur Aliyev, Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Minister of Economy, held a meeting with a delegation from the U.S. Department of State.

During the meeting, the discussions focused on the current state and priority areas of the Azerbaijan-U.S. economic partnership, The Caspian Post reports citing local media.

The parties underscored that collaboration aimed at developing the transport corridors would contribute to the regional development.

The meeting also reviewed enhancement of the economic-trade relations, as well as partnership in the energy and non-oil sectors.
