Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan Discuss Strengthening Paralympic Movement

During its visit to Uzbekistan, the delegation from the National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan toured the administrative building of the Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the delegation led by Toghrul Rahimov, Committee Secretary General, met with Hikmat Toshmatov, Deputy Chairman of the Uzbekistan`s Paralympic Committee, and Mardonbek Davronov, Advisor to the Chairman, The Caspian Post reports citing AZERTAC.

The parties discussed the development of the Paralympic movement in both countries, enhancing existing cooperation and medical classification issues.

On the first day of the visit, the Azerbaijan`s committee delegation toured the newly built Olympic and Paralympic Village in Tashkent.
