Azerbaijan and Cambodia have agreed on the provisions of a draft agreement aimed at eliminating double taxation and preventing tax evasion.

The agreement was discussed during the second round of negotiations between the governments of the two countries on taxation of income and measures to prevent tax avoidance, according to Azerbaijan’s State Tax Service.

Officials said reaching an agreement would create more favorable conditions for investors from both countries and help strengthen bilateral cooperation in the tax sector.
