Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev has announced that Azerbaijan discussed collaborative projects with Apple aimed at transforming the country into a regional digital hub.
The talks took place during Nabiyev’s meeting with Jason Lundgard, Head of Corporate Government Affairs at Apple, as part of the minister’s visit to the US, The Caspian Post reports via the minister's message on X.
Nabiyev wrote that during the meeting, the opportunities for cooperation in digital transformation and innovation were explored, and the views on joint projects were exchanged to develop Azerbaijan as a regional digital hub through initiatives such as the Apple Developer Academy and other programs in education, innovation ecosystems, and development.
