Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover increased by 7.4% year-on-year to $33 billion 934.9 million in January-August 2026, according to the State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, exports rose by 36.2% to $22 billion 511.5 million. Non-oil and gas exports increased 2.6 times to $6 billion 278.8 million, The Caspian Post reports.

Meanwhile, the value of imports fell by 24.1% year-on-year to $11 billion 423.4 million over the eight-month period.
