Azerbaijan Seeks Closer Media Collaboration with Pakistan to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Pakistan Khazar Farhadov has expressed Azerbaijan’s interest in expanding media cooperation with Pakistan, a move seen as a way to deepen cultural and bilateral relations.

Farhadov made these remarks during his visit to the headquarters of Pakistan’s HUM Network in Islamabad, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

Farhadov was accompanied by his wife, Tarana Farhadova, and Second Secretary of the Azerbaijani Embassy, Behbud Gadali. During the visit, the delegation received a detailed briefing on HUM Network’s operational structure and the activities of its media platforms.

“Farhadov praised HUM Network’s role in promoting progressive content in Pakistan and highlighted its commitment to empowering women in the media sector. He also emphasized the importance of fostering media cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan to strengthen cultural and bilateral ties,” HUM Network said.
