A contingent of Azerbaijani Armed Forces personnel is participating in the international military exercises “Nusret-2025” in Türkiye.
The exercises, taking place in Saros Bay, bring together naval and air forces from NATO countries, Coast Guard units, and observers from various nations, The Caspian Post reports, citing the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense.
The maneuvers are designed to enhance the planning, execution, and assessment of mine warfare operations, while also strengthening cooperation and interoperability between the Turkish Navy and the naval forces of allied and friendly nations.
Alongside Azerbaijan, a total of 44 personnel from countries including the United States, UAE, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Indonesia, South Africa, the Netherlands, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Egypt, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Oman are taking part in the exercises, highlighting the international scope of the event.
