A commemorative post marking the 103rd anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been shared on the official social media accounts of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

“If National Leader Heydar Aliyev could see today's Azerbaijan, he would be overjoyed. I am certain that his soul is at peace, for today’s Azerbaijan is his masterpiece,” the post reads, The Caspian Post reports via Azertac.
