European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has arrived in Azerbaijan for a working visit, underscoring the importance of ties between the European Union and the South Caucasus nation.
Von der Leyen landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku, where she was welcomed with an official reception featuring the flags of Azerbaijan and the European Union, as well as an honor guard, The Caspian Post reports via the European Commission President's message on X.
