President Ilham Aliyev Congratulates Syria’s Transitional President

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated Ahmad al-Sharaa on assuming the office of the President of the Syrian Arab Republic for the transitional period, The Caspian Post reports citing Azertac.
