The European Political Community Summit kicks off today in Yerevan.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will deliver a video address at the opening session of the summit, The Caspian Post reports, citing local media.

Alongside President Ilham Aliyev, speeches are also expected at the opening session by Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, António Costa, President of the European Council, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada.
