Qatar and Azerbaijan Plan Joint Infrastructure and Environment Projects

Jassem AbdulAziz Al Mannai, the head of Qatar's State Audit Bureau, stated that economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar is entering a new phase.

He stated that joint projects in the areas of infrastructure development and environmental protection are planned to be implemented between the two countries in the future: "These areas are among our main priorities and will serve to further strengthen cooperation between the parties," The Caspian Post reports citing local media.

The Qatari official noted that exchange of experience between Azerbaijan and Qatar, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence and audit, is also an important direction for the upcoming period: "We believe that artificial intelligence is the future of the audit field. Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar within the framework of the Chamber of Accounts and other relevant institutions has developed significantly. We intend to further expand these relations."
