Azerbaijan's capital Baku is hosting the inaugural meeting of labor, employment, and social protection ministers from the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
Participants include Azerbaijan’s Labor and Social Protection Minister Anar Aliyev, OTS Secretary-General Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Turkish Minister Vedat Işıkhan, Kyrgyzstan’s First Deputy Minister Kamchybek Dosmatov, Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister Sirojiddin Bobokulov, Kazakhstan’s Deputy Minister Viktoriya Shegay, Northern Cyprus Minister of Labor and Social Security Oguzhan Hasipoğlu, Hungary’s State Secretary for Employment Policy Sándor Csomba, and Turkmenistan’s Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Khalbibi Tachjanova, The Caspian Post reports via local media.
The session will conclude with the signing of a Declaration of the first OTS Labor Ministers Meeting, setting a framework for future cooperation on labor, employment, and social protection across member states.
