Kyrgyzstan Boosts Petroleum Product Imports by 35.2% in 2024

Kyrgyzstan has increased its import of petroleum products in 2024, according to the National Statistical Committee.

The country also increased import of textile clothing by 32.8%, equipment and mechanical devices by 19.1%, footwear by 20.4%, paper products by 15%, pharmaceuticals by 7%, The Caspian Post reports citing Akipress.

Import of electrical machines and equipment declined by 3%, plastic products - by 3%, sugar - by 25.9%, tea - by 5.3%.
