Putin to Pay Official Visit to Kazakhstan
Putin and Tokayev will make a video address to participants in the plenary session of the 20th Interregional Cooperation Forum of Russia and Kazakhstan in Ufa.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will make a state visit to Kazakhstan on November 27-28 and attend the next session of the Collective Security Treaty Organization's (CSTO) Collective Security Council in Astana, according to the Kremlin press service, The Caspian Post reports citing Interfax International.
Negotiations with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will take place during the visit. They are due to address the development of the Russian-Kazakh strategic partnership and alliance in various areas, including in the context of this year's Kazakh presidency of the CSTO and Russian presidency of the Commonwealth of Independent States and BRICS.
A joint statement of the heads of state and a number of intergovernmental, interagency and commercial documents will be signed at the end of negotiations.

The CSTO Collective Security Council meeting will sum up results of interaction between organization members this year and define key areas for the improvement of the collective security system. Views will be exchanged on current international and regional issues, the Kremlin press service said.
