Gazprom Increases Gas Supplies to Uzbekistan to 5.6 BCM in 2024

Gazprom increased its gas supplies to Uzbekistan to 5.64 billion cubic meters in 2024, up from 1.28 billion cubic meters in 2023, according to the company's annual report.

The company began exporting gas to Uzbekistan in October 2023 in reverse mode via the Central Asia-Center system, The Caspian Post reports citing Interfax.

Gazprom also said that the corresponding parties in June 2024 signed long-term contracts until 2040 to supply Russian gas to consumers in Kyrgyzstan beginning in 2025.
