Magnitude 4.1 Earthquake Hits Near Armenian-Georgian Border

The Rescue Service of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that a magnitude 4.1 earthquake hit the Armenian-Georgian border zone on Sunday, November 2.

The Armenian Seismic Service recorded a tremor measuring 5-6 on the Richter scale with its epicenter 8 km southeast of the village of Bavra at 7:49 PM local time (3:49 PM GMT), The Caspian Post reports citing foreign media.

The earthquake was felt in the Shirak and Lori regions of Armenia with a magnitude of 4-5.
