Ali Soleimani, head of the customs department of Iranian southern Bushehr province, has announced that 7.65 million tons of goods worth $2.75 billion were exported through Bushehr between March 21 and June 21, 2025, accounting for 20 per cent of the country’s total non-oil exports during that period.

Soleimani made these remarks during a press briefing, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

He highlighted that Bushehr remains a major hub for Iran’s non-oil trade. The province’s key export products included gas condensate, cement, seafood (fish and shrimp), gypsum, fruits, and vegetables. Major export destinations were China, the United Arab Emirates, India, Pakistan, Oman, Brazil, Türkiye, Qatar, and Kuwait.
