A massive cloud of smoke was seen rising over the southern Iranian port city of Bushehr, Iran, on March 7 afternoon, alarming residents and highlighting the intensifying conflict in the region.
The plume reportedly appeared shortly after airstrikes carried out by the United States and Israel, The Caspian Post reports via foreign media.
Bushehr, located on the coast of the Persian Gulf, has become one of several Iranian cities experiencing explosions and rising smoke during the ongoing wave of strikes targeting military and strategic facilities across the country.
