Iran has launched hypersonic Fattah missiles as retaliation against recent U.S. and Israeli strikes on its territory.

These advanced missiles have a maximum range of approximately 1,500 km. Fattah missiles are capable of striking any location in Israel and can also target American military bases across the Arabian Peninsula, The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.

On February 28, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced a preemptive strike on Iranian territory carried out by the Israel Defense Forces, with the stated goal of targeting Iran’s leadership. The operation was joined by the United States, and President Donald Trump described the strikes as a response to Iran’s continued nuclear ambitions.

In retaliation, the Iranian Armed Forces launched rockets and drones at Israel and U.S. military bases across the Middle East. A total of 14 U.S. bases in multiple countries were targeted during the counterstrikes.
