Iran’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Alireza Haghighian, has emphasized expanding cooperation between Iranian and Tajik specialized institutions.

He made the remarks during a meeting with Tajik Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir, The Caspian Post reports via Tajik media.

The discussion focused on broadening collaboration in industry, mining, and new technologies. Kabir highlighted his recent visit to Tehran, praising Iran’s capabilities in these sectors and noting the wide potential for joint projects.

Both sides stressed the importance of increasing joint meetings, organizing specialized exhibitions, and strengthening ties between business and industrial communities to boost cooperation.
