Iranian officials have confirmed that the country is preparing to retaliate against a recent joint attack by Israel and the United States, pledging a “crushing response.”

Defense sources indicate a high likelihood of an Iranian missile response within hours, potentially targeting key military facilities, including missile launchers and UAV bases, The Caspian Post reports, citing Reuters.

Officials also said that airstrikes have expanded to several Iranian cities, including Qom, Isfahan, Kermanshah, and Karaj.
