Mohsen Rezaei, an adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, has reasserted Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.

“We will not allow the continuation of the maritime blockade, and the escalation of tensions in Lebanon will not be tolerated either. The patience of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran has its limits,” he posted on X.

Iran warned on Saturday that foreign commercial and military vessels will be targeted if they do not comply with regulations governing passage through the strategic waterway.
