An Iranian oil tanker near Kharg Island was reportedly hit by a missile strike.

Four US missiles were fired at the vessel and said the tanker’s crew was being evacuated. The claims have not been independently verified, according to news.am.

The reported incident is particularly significant because Kharg Island is Iran’s main oil export terminal, handling around 90% of the country’s crude oil exports.
