A senior adviser to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that any country providing assistance to the United States in the event of renewed attacks against Iran could become a legitimate target for Tehran.
Ali Reza Balali, senior adviser to the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, stated that any country or force supporting US military action against Iran would be considered a potential target, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.
"In the event of a new aggression, any country or force that helps America attack Iran can be a legitimate target of the Islamic Republic," Balali said.
He also claimed that Iran had developed weapons capable of striking Israeli and US military facilities.
"Our missile bases have a suitable range to target the Zionist regime and American bases" using "indigenous weapons", he said.
Balali further claimed that Iranian missiles had previously struck Israeli military targets in the Negev and Dimona, adding that "enemy systems are not able to intercept it".
