The Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the National Bank of Kazakhstan have held a high-level bilateral meeting focused on enhancing financial reporting transparency and sharing modern regulatory practices.
The meeting was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two countries’ financial regulators, The Caspian Post informs via local media.

Exchanging experiences in central bank regulatory innovations
Improving automated banking information systems for consolidated financial reporting
Implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and steps for their effective adoption
The session highlighted both countries’ commitment to modernizing financial oversight and boosting transparency in banking and economic management.
